Description

Head of Supply Chain for North America CHC will be responsible for all Supply Chain related activities: Customer care, Distribution, Supply Chain Planning and Integrated Business Planning Process.

Accountable for setting the strategy and activity of the Supply Chain function for CHC in North America as well as his / her team’s development.

Specific strategic stakes:

• Embed IBP as a company back bone process to drive E2E value chain orchestration.

• Design and deliver Patient and Customer Centric supply solutions.

• Leverage SC Digitalization to enable greater visibility, collaboration and innovation with customers and suppliers.

• Establish tailored, lean operating models that effectively serve our patients and customers with optimal Service, Cost and Cash.

• Create an Inclusive, Diverse Culture where everyone can bring their best selves

• Manage the relationship with HAs and Associations across the region.

Improve overall Supply Chain performance

• Deliver targets on all KPIs

• Implement best practices & harmonizing Supply Chain processes and toolsets in market.

• Review country level performance and identify specific corrective action plans.

Develop advanced use of Global Supply Chain tools, processes, and ways of working.
