What will your role be?
 Dassault Systémes has a dedicated team focusing on online sales activities. This team collaborates with our entire sales teams in the Americas Group to drive sales and gain market shares in existing and new markets. Strategic Business Developers are responsible for opening and/or qualifying leads according to Dassault Systemes’ Sales Process. In this role, you will contribute to building our pipeline and revenue by generating and qualifying leads for clients within different industries to position our broad portfolio of solutions. Your mission is to find decision makers within targeted companies. Engage them on the phone, identify areas of improvement and secure face-to-face meetings for our team of Sales Experts.

The challenges ahead

  • Proficient in completing targeted research using data from a variety of sources: Web and Internal Systems
  • Research and Identify key decision makers for targeted Initiatives & Accounts
  • Research and follow key target accounts and industry trends. Follow long and complex sales cycles.
  • Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision makers to drive the sales process forward
  • Generate meetings with prospects and identify additional key decision makers to generate high quality leads
  • Overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities.
  • Leverage and utilize marketing related events, seminars, digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence for inbound marketing leads
  • Transform Open Leads into Qualified Leads 


Requirements

What else are we looking for?

  • Education requirement: BA/BS degree  (Engineering Degree Preferred)
  • Previous business development experience, preferably in SaaS or for software solutions
  • From 0 to 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales/Business Development/Sales
  • Peer Cooperation: a team and autonomous player
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication & Negotiation skills
  • Technical knowledge management preferred
  • Negotiation skills and sales spirit

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
